Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a highly motivated SkillBridge Intern with a STEM background to join our team. This internship targets transitioning service members seeking civilian work experience in technology and innovation.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to key initiatives, and develop leadership and technical skills to help transition into a civilian career within DoD-focused tech fields.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to translate military experiences to a civilian tech career.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project completion through research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on background and expertise.
• Gain experience in technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
