SimVentions, Inc. is offering a DoD SkillBridge Internship designed for active duty service members transitioning to civilian careers. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and developing leadership skills in technology and engineering fields.

Participants gain exposure to cross-functional teams, contribute to projects, and advance their communication and problem-solving capabilities while remaining in service with salary support through DoD.

Qualifications

• STEM degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the completion of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input and suggestions based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
