SimVentions, Inc. seeks a highly motivated SkillBridge Intern with a STEM background to bridge military and civilian careers. The program offers mentorship, hands-on work, and exposure to Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity in a civilian environment.

Active duty service members can participate for up to 180 days, maintaining military pay and benefits while gaining civilian work experience. Candidates must meet DoD SkillBridge requirements and clearance.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on background and expertise.
• Gain experience in technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
