Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. offers a SkillBridge Internship for active-duty service members to gain hands-on experience in Technology and Innovation, including Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

The program allows continuing military compensation while gaining civilian work experience with mentorship and real projects. Participants will support daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop leadership and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and apply military experiences to civilian career paths in Technology and Innovation fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on background and expertise.
• Gain experience in technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
