Job summary

Insight Global is hiring multiple ServiceNow Developers to join our team supporting a Department of Defense/War Program at Fort Meade, MD. These roles are onsite in a classified environment and require the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret or Top Secret clearance.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Workflows UI Policies, and Service Portals.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, system administrators, and engineering teams.
• Automate business processes, improve service delivery, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.
• Apply ITSM best practices within a DoD classified environment.
