Job summary

_n_Logic is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with DoD Agile software acquisition experience in SATCOM systems, based in El Segundo, CA. The TPM will lead cross-vendor coordination, scope capabilities, and ensure software products meet mission objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

The role requires coordinating with DoD stakeholders, technical leads, and contractor teams to align with enterprise SATCOM roadmaps and security requirements, while driving agile

Qualifications

• Current or in-scope DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical management, product management, or systems engineering in a DoD environment.
• Experience managing software development programs across multiple contractors or vendor teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to translate technical issues into mission impact.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration between developers, platform engineers, and operational users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
