Job summary

Satwave AI, an Atlanta-based startup in Satellite Communications, seeks a Program Management Professional to lead development programs from initiation to close-out. You will coordinate software, embedded, hardware, and RF teams, manage cost and schedule, and serve as the primary customer contact, including defense/government clients.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management with DoD/milContracts experience and a PMP certification, capable of guiding complex programs to contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead development programs through full lifecycle.
• Develop project plans based on scope, schedule, budget, resources, and personnel.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and report to management and customers.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team across software, embedded, hardware, and RF engineering.
• Lead reviews (SRS, PDR, CDR) and ensure contract compliance.
