Job summary

DSA, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to be the single point of accountability for cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risk on a biometric sustainment and modernization contract.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting DoW operations, secure cloud hosting, cybersecurity, mission app sustainment, and controlled modernization. The role involves government interface for reviews, staffing decisions, risk parity, and transformational tasks, with a focus on security posture and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex DoD/federal technology programs.
• 3+ years in biometric comparisons or related algorithms.
• Experience with enterprise systems, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and mission applications.
• Proven Government contract execution, performance reporting, staffing and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, briefing Government stakeholders.
• Experience with identity intelligence systems and 24/7/365 operations.
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification; Active Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification
