Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a federal contracting or compliance-driven setting.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards (NIST 800-171, DFARS, CMMC) and ability to lead CMMC implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal staff including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and resolution of hardware/software/network issues.
• Administer and maintain corporate IT systems including servers, workstations, collaboration tools, VPN, and cloud services.
• Ensure IT systems and processes align with DoD-related cybersecurity requirements such as NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, and CMMC.
