Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a BI Lead to orchestrate strategy for reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data source transitions across programs requiring an Active Secret clearance. Candidates should bring a 5+ year track record in BI, a relevant degree, and federal/DoD experience, with a strong focus on securing reporting processes and supporting enterprise-wide mission systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing
• CompTIA Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification
• Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
• Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization
• Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products
• Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support
• Improve automated reporting and decision support.
