Saronic Technologies is seeking a proactive Proposal Manager to lead the full proposal lifecycle for autonomous maritime programs, with NAVSEA and DoD acquisition experience preferred.

You will unite engineering, mission operations, finance, contracts, and leadership to deliver compliant, compelling submissions in fast-paced federal environments. Strong writing, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing DoD proposals and NAVSEA or Navy-focused opportunities.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, finance, supply chain and leadership.
• Strong writing and editing skills for compelling proposal content.
• Experience ensuring compliance with RFX standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire proposal lifecycle from initiation to submission.
• Coordinate SME input across functions to craft cohesive content.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop strategies highlighting competitive advantages and win themes.
• Ensure complete, accurate documentation compliant with requirements.
