Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to support DoD/Navy programs in Patuxent River, MD and nearby St. Inigoes. You will manage schedules, budgets, and staffing across IPTs, delivering integrated schedules and IMS with PMBOK-aligned practices.

The role requires ten years in DoD/Navy project management, five years of supervision, and a Secret Clearance. PMP certification and MS Project proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of DoD/Navy program or project management experience.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience.
• Secret clearance required for government work.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets.
• Collaborate with GPLs and IPT leads on schedule requirements and plans.
• Develop IMS, WBS, and IMP artifacts; evaluate program data and risks.
• Refine Integrated Government Schedules using project documentation.
• Review SOWs, IMS, WBS, and IMP to scale schedule needs.
