Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale migration activities for the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. You will provide leadership, planning, risk management, schedule oversight, and executive communications for DoD network modernization initiatives across dispersed DAFA organizations.

Responsibilities include coordinating migration workstreams with engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Active Secret clearance.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Experience with DISA or DoD programs and network modernization or migration initiatives.
• Experience developing schedules, reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, risk registries, action trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate migration workstreams across engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate transition milestones and operational reviews.
• Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Support migration planning, testing, sustainment, and closeout.
