Job summary

GCA in Washington, DC is seeking a results-driven Project Execution Manager to lead complex infrastructure modernization efforts across classified and unclassified networks for DoD contracts. This role emphasizes disciplined planning, execution oversight, and proactive risk mitigation.

This position requires PMP and IAT Level II, active Secret clearance, and 5+ years of DoD IT project management, with strong cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and government stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related discipline.
Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
PMP certification required; IAT Level II or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of ECPs, MACs, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization tasks.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, risk registers, and IMS per contract.
Monitor scope, cost, and performance; track milestones for IPRs.
Interface with JNOSC, transport teams, installation crews, and Government points of contact.
Provide timely project status reporting and corrective action planning.
Ensure compliance with DoD/DISA guidelines including cybersecurity and CM.
