Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center engagement. The PM will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for contractor and subcontractor personnel on the DC3 Strategic and Foundational Operations effort.

This role is tied to a future opportunity and requires a current TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. citizen with PMP certification and proven PM experience.
• Experience managing programs of similar size and complexity within the last 10 years.
• Experience determining manpower requirements and performing contract performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Direct administration, quality control, and leadership across the program.
• Facilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.
• Track and document requirements using industry best practices.
• Ensure tasks meet PWS requirements and performance standards.
• Maintain responsibility for quality and efficiency of contractor performance.
