Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or technical discipline
• 4+ years of related experience
• Experience leading a DoD program in engineering or program management

Responsibilities

• Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical and contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget).
• Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.
• Establishes program organization structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff).
• Coordinates internal functions to ensure all required tasks are being completed.
• Maintains ongoing communication with customers to accomplish program goals.
• Ability to investigate an issue, develop a solution, and communicate path forward clearly.
• Reviews and approves waiver deviations prior to submittal to customer.
• Reviews PDR/CDR presentations.
• Creates sub-contract work breakdown structure.
• Creates master milestone schedule.
• Communicates program status to the rest of the organization.
