Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years of information technology experience with technical and project leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as a Project Manager supporting enterprise IT operations, service delivery, and technical support environments.
• Experience leading programs with 20+ technical staff.
• Experience managing program budgets, schedules, resources, performance metrics, and customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team supporting enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, networking, systems administration, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide program leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction across all service delivery areas.
• Serve as the primary Government interface and Project Manager for contract execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project schedules, staffing, resources, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to ensure mission success.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams while maintaining operational continuity and minimizing mission disruption.
• Oversee large-scale modernization, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation efforts.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and status updates for Government stakeholders.
