Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator to support PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining program baselines, monitoring health, and delivering timely results across multiple fiscal years.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 15+ years of DoD program/contract/financial management experience, and strong written/oral communication. Expect detailed PM documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph.
• Degree/Certification substitution rules may apply (PMP/CPCM/DAWIA III).
• 15+ years of DoD program management/contract/financial management experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track optimum cost/schedule/performance across program life cycles.
• Assist in developing PMPs, PAS, TEMP, and risk management plans.
• Prepare PMR/QPR/ARB presentations for status reviews.
• Support strategic resource planning and funding adjustments.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Monitor and report on program requirements across multiple fiscal years.
• Collaborate with PMs to track documentation (SOWs, PMPs, risk memos) and schedules.
