Job summary

SMX is seeking a Program Integration & Execution Specialist to drive the daily tempo for agile delivery teams modernizing Army financial systems. You will own the project schedule, track team delivery velocity, and ensure all contract deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted accurately and on time.

Your work ensures parallel workstreams stay synchronized as capabilities roll off GFEBS BW. The role requires active clearance, strong scheduling, PMO, and DoD reporting capabilities, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Experience with project scheduling, PMO support, and agile tracking.
• Proven ability to manage DoD CDRL submissions and cost burn reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule across parallel workstreams.
• Submit Monthly Program Status and Financial Report (CDRL A001) detailing costs and velocity.
• Monitor backlog and transition Level 1 support during hypercare.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and training compliance for contractor staff.
