Job summary

HX5, LLC is seeking a Management Coordinator to join our team at Tinker Air Force Base. The role supports the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office and requires an understanding of DoD acquisition processes.

You will collaborate with the division chief, program manager, SMEs, and other personnel to execute development programs and projects, and you will edit, coordinate and publish program documents, briefing slides, and minutes.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD acquisition knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit, coordinate and publish program related documents, briefing slides, and meeting minutes
• Assist with creation/update of schedules using the Government-licensed version of Microsoft Project
• Create graphic charts of programmatic data using spreadsheets
• Manage suspense tracking using SOCCER and the response submission process for the division
• Assist the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission
• Ensure routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel
• Will collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the development programs and projects
