Qualifications

• 7+ years of Construction Field Superintendent/Project Management experience.
• Experience working on DoD projects.
• Experience with Petroleum, Oil, Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN construction principles.
• IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) experience.
• Delivers customer value while eliminating waste across the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe work-environment and exceed OSHA requirements
• Coordinate and Supervise crews and sub-contractors in the field
• Determine project priorities and manage schedule and budgets
• Work closely with owner and other contractors
• Maintain daily reports of crew activities and material inventories
• Ensure Lean Construction methods are followed on job-site
