Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent/QCM/SSHO to oversee field operations on DoD fuel systems and industrial infrastructure. This role requires extensive travel across the United States and close coordination with Project Managers, Quality, Safety, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as a DoD Site Superintendent.
• 5+ years as a DoD Construction QCM.
• 3+ years as a DoD Construction SSHO.
• Current USACE or NAVFAC Construction Quality Management certification (within 5 years).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification (within 5 years).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on federal construction projects including DoD fuel systems and infrastructure.
• Manage daily construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise craft personnel, subcontractors, and field staff to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities to maintain milestones.
• Maintain project documentation (daily reports, logs, schedules) and review plans and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and QC processes.
• Promote safety with the Accident Prevention Plan and AHAs, and administer permits.
