Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is hiring a PM/Superintendent to lead commercial DOD/military construction projects on a permanent, full-time basis with benefits and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with vendors, and build winning estimates while guiding Foreman, Journeyman, and Helpers on site.

Prior US DoD project experience is required. You will meet with project owners, review RFIs, approve change orders, and ensure QC

Qualifications

• Experience with DOD construction projects for Army, Navy, Air Force, and USACE.
• Experience as Journeyman, Foreman and Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Ability to build accurate estimates for change-orders and upcoming projects.
• Proficient with MS Excel, RS Means, MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, budget, change-orders, and RFIs for current and upcoming projects.
• Lead Foreman, Journeyman, and Helpers in the field.
• Coordinate material pricing with vendors.
• Prepare accurate, winning estimates for upcoming projects.
• Meet with Owners and select subcontractors regularly.
