Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Penetration Tester with active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT III compliance to support federal contracting requirements.

The role emphasizes network and application-level testing, RMF expertise, and vulnerability analysis in a highly secure DoD environment. Required are US citizenship, a related bachelor’s degree (or 12 years of experience in lieu), and 8+ years of testing experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Eight (08) years of related Penetration Testing experience on network and application levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or twelve years total experience in lieu of a degree.
• Subject Matter Expert for Risk Management Framework testing.
• Direct or participate in testing of security controls using network protocols, OS, architectures and standards.
• Perform vulnerability and penetration testing with various tools.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT III is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform network and application penetration testing using established protocols.
• Provide RMF testing expertise during assessments.
• Direct and/or participate in testing phases of security controls.
• Research emerging information security technologies and interpret federal regulations.
