Job summary

Cyber Defense Technologies is seeking a Penetration Tester to support a government customer onsite in Chantilly, VA. An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required; OSCP certification is highly recommended.

The role involves performing depth penetration testing across systems, networks, and applications, with adherence to RMF/ICD 503 requirements, and a strong focus on improving security posture on government environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity focusing on red teaming, penetration testing, or threat hunting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing using active and passive capabilities to expose IA vulnerabilities.
• Review and evaluate information systems and recommend changes to the Government to improve confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Perform security focused services to improve security posture.
• Conduct test and evaluations of software, hardware, networks and applications.
• Reviews of documents to ensure RMF, ICD 503, and applicable regulations.
