Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ISSE/Penetration Tester in the Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will provide hands-on vulnerability testing, develop security testing events, and publish results to enhance program security.

The role requires a solid understanding of security practices, leadership in testing activities, and collaboration with engineers and program managers. DoD 8570 IASAE Level 2/3 and TS/SCI with poly are preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field with extensive relevant experience.
• Hands-on vulnerability testing experience and security testing leadership.
• Experience with security tools (Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark) and secure configurations.

Responsibilities

• Validate and design system security for large-scale networks.
• Lead security testing events, publish results, and research tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and program managers on security issues.
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Perform internal and external penetration testing of systems and applications.
• Evaluate security solutions against customer requirements.
