Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative for our Linthicum, MD office to support a DoD customer. You will be the primary liaison between DIB partners and the DoD, handling onboarding, communications, engagement and relationship management with a focus on cybersecurity outreach.

The role requires an active clearance, strong communication, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. You will coordinate events, produce engagement metrics, and help deliver resources and training

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience in customer engagement, partner relationship management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience planning and facilitating events, both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) partners and the DoD customer.
• Support onboarding, communication, engagement and overall relationship management with DIB partners.
• Ensure partners have access to information, resources, and training to support cybersecurity efforts.
• Plan and facilitate events, both in-person and virtual.
