Job summary

Peraton in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to act as the primary liaison between the Defense Industrial Base partners and the DoD customer. You will support onboarding, engagement, and training, while managing partner relationships and outreach activities.

The role requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce), and experience with data visualization and events planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience; or Bachelor's with 8+ years; or Master's with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years in related field.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience in customer engagement or partner relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM tools experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience creating marketing/outreach materials.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for user accounts and systems.
• Data visualization and analytics tools experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience planning and facilitating events, both in-person and virtual.
