Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD network implementation and engineering experience.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud hybrid network deployments.
• Proficient with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VPLS, STP, L3VPNs).
• Ability to develop test, migration, and implementation plans with timelines.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification.
• HS diploma or GED and Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys and create structured network designs for voice, data, security, and AV systems.
• Produce engineered drawings, specs, reports, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, clients, and vendors to develop designs, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cabling design with other disciplines and implement final network solutions for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Produce documentation supporting implementation and management reports.
