Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Engineer to support ONI operations at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. You will design, optimize, secure, and sustain large-scale DoD networks, including OSI layers 1–4, with extensive Cisco routing/switching across a 700+ device network.

Active TS/SCI clearance, Security+ and CCNP (or ability to obtain within 30 days) are required. Travel to multiple international sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active CCNP certification (or within 30 days).
• DoD communications experience on large networks.
• Expertise with Cisco enterprise networking and routing optimization.
• Experience with Palo Alto and Azure firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LAN/WAN, firewall, and NMS activities per gov guidance.
• Manage Cisco routing/switching for 700+ devices.
• Configure cryptographic devices and OSPF.
• Review IAVAs/IAVBs and implement remediation.
• Support telecom circuits from T1 through OC 192.
• Develop SOPs to improve security posture.
• Provide onsite engineering support to mission ops.
• Travel to Guam, Japan, Bahrain, Italy, Spain, Australia, S. Korea, Singapore as needed.
