Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking a self-directed Network Engineer to converge voice, video, and data between ship and shore. The role involves working with ADNS/CANES/CaaS and deploying LAN/WAN/SD-WAN across geographically distributed sites.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field, DoD/networking experience, and active or sponsorable Secret clearance. The team emphasizes collaboration and rigorous testing in Government facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• DoD/ Gov't networks experience and Cisco routing/switching expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize Government systems and networks.
• Configure Cisco switches (C3850/C9300) and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Support testing, integration, and deployments across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet Naval requirements.
• Provide documentation reviews and participate in working groups.
