Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems is seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer to converge voice, video, and data between ship and shore. The role focuses on ADNS, CANES, and related networking in DoD environments with DoD 8570 IAT Level II- Security+ and CCNA prerequisites.

The position requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, and hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, Cisco technologies, and government networking environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; clearance sponsorship possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and modernization of Government systems and components.
• Support WAN/LAN posture and architecture research for Naval requirements.
• Provide Cisco-based troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Configure Cisco Catalyst switches (C3850/C9300) and maintain network security.
• Liaise with lab managers and engineers on testing and integration plans.
