Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Network Engineer to support design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise and tactical networks for the DoD. You will work on wireless, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity to build secure, resilient infrastructure supporting mission readiness and daily connectivity across DoD environments.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise networking, DoD IA/ STIGs knowledge, and the ability to sustain 24x7 coverage. Secret clearance and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the O&M team for day-to-day operation and sustainment of network systems.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Configure and troubleshoot Aruba wireless LANs, controllers, access points, ClearPass and SD-WAN solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and network health assessments.
• Perform cybersecurity vulnerability scans in compliance with DoD requirements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Lead troubleshooting for escalated network issues.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure secure, scalable operations.
