AGE Solutions LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support a DoD agency with inventory accountability, asset tracking, and logistics for network equipment onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will ensure accurate asset records, oversee more than 10,000 assets, and maintain compliance with government property management procedures.

The role requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance, with five years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma.

• Coordinate receipt, storage, staging, packaging, and shipment of network equipment.
• Support approximately 500 equipment shipments annually, CONUS and OCONUS.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing documentation, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate equipment transfers, returns, and RMAs.
• Support warehouse operations and environmental/security requirements.
• Stage devices for engineers and support remote configurations.
• Manage the network warehouse space and lifecycle of devices.

Inventory Specialist

manages inventory accountability, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and logistics support for a DoD agency's network equipment. Ensures accurate asset records, timely equipment distribution, and compliance with Government property management and disposition requirements.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain accurate inventory records for network hardware, software, licenses, and supporting equipment.
• Track more than 10,000 network assets and associated inventory records.
• Perform monthly inventory validations and annual physical inventories.
• Maintain asset information in ServiceNow IT Asset Management and related inventory tracking systems.
• Verify asset records, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory anomalies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, staging, packaging, and shipment of network equipment.
• Support approximately 500 equipment shipments annually, including CONUS and OCONUS destinations.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing documentation, and international customs paperwork.
• Maintain accountability for spare equipment and support emergency equipment shipment requirements.
• Coordinate equipment transfers, returns, replacements, and Return Material Authorization activities.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure equipment is stored in accordance with applicable environmental and security requirements.
• Maintain records of equipment acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposition.
• Coordinate equipment disposal using approved agency processes, including Electronic Turn-In Documents.
• Support secure disposition of end-of-life network equipment in accordance with DoD policies.
• Generate inventory reports, asset reconciliation records, and supporting documentation for Government audits.
• Coordinate with configuration management personnel to ensure asset records reflect approved equipment changes.
• Support preparation of procurement packages and equipment tracking documentation.
• Stage devices for engineers and support remote configurations completed by engineers as needed.
• Manage the network warehouse space and maintain responsibility for devices through the entire product lifecycle.

Required Skills, Qualifications And Experience

• Experience:
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience entering asset information into and extracting reports from automated inventory tracking systems.
  • Two (2) years of experience performing physical inventories.
• Education:
  • High School Diploma.
• Citizenship and Clearance:
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Secret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.
• Location:
  • Work will be performed fully onsite from a facility/warehouse in the Fort Belvoir, VA area. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to work onsite.

Work Environment And Physical Demand

• Must be able to work for extended hours at a computer in an office environment.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, using ladders and scissor lifts as needed and have ability to lift/place boxes and devices of 40lbs.

The projected salary range for this position is $60,000+ annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including years of relevant experience, active security clearance level, certifications, technical skillset, contract requirements, and overall qualifications.
