Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Project Schedule Engineer to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the C3I&N Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role requires 12+ years in scheduling, 5+ years in a DoD environment, and proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project; a Secret clearance is required. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity supporting mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project scheduling experience, including 5+ years in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project) and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate IMS activities among PMO functional disciplines.
• Provide IMS products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams).
• Support requirements development and plan preparation for mission success.
• Communicate schedule objectives and status to customer, team, and management.
• Initiate corrective actions to achieve end results.
