Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant scheduling, project controls, or program management experience supporting complex programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for multi‑program or multi‑vendor efforts.
• Experience integrating supplier / OEM or production schedules into a program‑level IMS and analyzing downstream impacts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate schedule status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain program and portfolio‑level Integrated Master Schedules reflecting milestones and vendor deliverables.
• Integrate lower‑tier schedules from vendors and teams into a single networked IMS with traceability.
• Map multi‑tier production and delivery schedules to show slips and impacts.
• Forecast production shortfalls and quantify schedule impact for recovery planning.
• Identify, track, and status defense acquisition events and documentation for review readiness.
• Perform critical path, driving path, float, and precedence analysis; recommend corrective actions.
• Collect status, update the IMS, and produce variance and forecast reports.
• Prepare briefings and dashboards for program leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing, logistics, and project management.
• Maintain configuration control of the schedule baseline.
