• Minimum 5 years of Mechanical Project Manager experience in government or federal construction.
• Experience managing $5M+ mechanical scopes (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Piping, Plumbing).
• Knowledge of DoD and federal compliance standards.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass screenings and security clearances.
• Project list detailing previous projects required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mechanical construction projects from design to closeout.
• Oversee $5M+ mechanical scopes (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Piping, Plumbing).
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate sequencing and scheduling to align resources and milestones.
• Ensure DoD, federal, and company safety standards on all sites.
• Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support project turnover and prepare closeout documentation per government requirements.
