RQ C, LLC? No. The company is RQC, LLC based in Jacksonville, FL. We seek an experienced Mechanical General Foreman to lead mechanical trades on ongoing DoD construction projects throughout the Southeast, with the position based in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

The Mechanical Foreman will oversee daily supervision, direction, and coordination of trades crews, including Pipefitters, Plumbers, Sheet Metal Installers, and helpers. Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years as Mechanical Foreman on projects >= $400,000.
• Experience with installation of mechanical systems (Piping, Plumbing, HVAC).
• Soldering and brazing copper; welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Proficiency in BIM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA-30 certifications; EM-385 preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Southeast project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical trades crews (Pipefitters, Plumbers, Sheet Metal Installers, helpers).
• Ensure work complies with code and project specs with guidance from Piping Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Apply safety practices and use required equipment for mission success.
• Travel to Southeast project sites as assigned.
