Job summary

Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Program Manager to support a prospective effort with EXLOG. This contingent hire role requires coordinating with the COR and LPOV leadership to align personnel and resources for quality delivery.

The position operates hybrid from Pentagon facilities with a TS/SCI clearance and a start date of 13 September 2026, requiring Travel as needed to CONUS/OCNUS. Strong leadership and DoD logistics experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Eight+ years directing DoD projects or programs with logistics or tech.
Eight+ years coordinating with USMC HQ and Fleet Marine Force.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in military settings.
Experience integrating Marine Corps Force Design and logistics needs.
Familiarity with charters, POA&Ms, performance tracking, ROI reporting.
PMP certification preferred; process-improvement training beneficial.

Responsibilities

Direct overall task-order performance including staffing, quality, schedules, risks, and customer coordination.
Provide daily program-management support to LPOV Branch leadership and align resources across five PWS tasks.
Develop and maintain PM plans and a quality-control plan responsive to priorities.
Prepare weekly inputs, quarterly PMRs, and annual PMR covering costs, schedules, risks, accomplishments and next steps.
Maintain deliverable controls, reviews, and action tracking on the designated SharePoint site.
Plan and track travel funding and trip reports in coordination with the COR.
Develop and review HQ tasks in ETMS2 or equivalent and consolidate responses through the chain of command.
