Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking a Logistics Capability Development SME to support HQMC I&L initiatives and EXLOG planning. The role emphasizes research, process analysis, and joint capability development with DoD guidance, requiring TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD logistics expertise.

The position is primarily on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA, with periodic remote work based on space availability; salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years military logistics experience at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead teams for major proposals and changes.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps structures, doctrines, and joint logistics inter-relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing logistics capabilities to support POM planning.
• Prepare briefings and documents for senior leadership and maintain action item tracking.
• Analyze and identify gaps in required logistics capabilities and investment needs.
• Support Joint Staff FCBs/JCBs and Marine Corps logistics equities.
• Provide SME support for Joint capability boards and DC I&L priorities.
