Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Support Specialist to ensure efficient operation of government programs and logistics support. You will manage cataloging, tracking shipments, and communications while safeguarding COMSEC materials in support of DoD operations.

The role requires handling controlled materials, coordinating with internal/external teams, and preparing concise program briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II or higher certification and NSA COMSEC course completion preferred.
• Familiarity with NSA directives and COMSEC programs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for COMSEC cryptographic devices, keying material, and related equipment in a DIAS COMSEC account.
• Facilitate NSA bi-annual 100% COMSEC Inventories.
• Limit and control access to COMSEC materials to individuals with a valid need-to-know and clearance.
• Travel to Program Team conferences as needed.
• Collate data, develop presentations, generate reports, and brief program material.
