Job summary

Calista Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to ensure the efficient operation of government programs and related logistics support. The role involves cataloging, tracking shipments, stakeholder communication, and adherence to DoD directives.

As a COMSEC Alternate Account Manager, you will safeguard COMSEC materials, keying material, and equipment in support of DoD and overseas operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
4+ years in inventory management or related roles, preferably in a 3PL.
Proficiency with ELMS, SAP, GOLDesp, DIAS, SIMS.
Experience in logistics operations or program management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pass drug test and obtain a DoD NAC Interm Top Secret clearance within 180 days.

Responsibilities

Maintain COMSEC materials, devices, and keying materials per NSA/DoD directives.
Facilitate bi-annual 100% COMSEC inventories and strict access control.
Coordinate with internal/external teams to optimize workflow.
Oversee movement of materials and outbound shipments (CONUS/OCONUS).
Ensure accurate catalog entries and record-keeping for equipment and supplies.
Provide training and briefing to program stakeholders as needed.
