Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC seeks a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to ensure efficient government program logistics. You will manage cataloging, shipments, stakeholder communications, and various program-support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years in inventory or logistics, with DPAS/SAP/WMS experience and strong data analytics. On-site role with potential travel and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, inventory analysis, or related roles, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, such as DPAS, ERP, SAP, GOLDesp, WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Proven experience in logistics operations, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Program Team conferences as required.
• Develop presentations and brief data with confidence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and update the IMS catalog.
• Ensure accurate and timely catalog entries for equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Monitor DPAS due-in items and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to CONUS and OCONUS.
• Maintain WIP inventory and track shipments to completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize workflow.
• Control inventory levels and configurations.
• Monitor program status and report findings.
