Qualifications

• 6+ years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• Experience with Windows OS, O365, basic multimedia systems and devices.
• Experience in hardware/software installation, configuration, troubleshooting; strong problem-solving and customer service.
• Experience with AD security groups, Exchange DLs, and file share permissions.

Responsibilities

• Performs end-user and mission support for components and commands at assigned locations.
• Manages day-to-day End User Devices and remote access via wired or wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
• Performs IMAC services and hardware/software installations or re-installs.
• Supports network and software troubleshooting, updates management tools, and ticketing.
• Provides training to customers and coordinates with Enterprise CSD, Helpdesk, and other teams.
• Maintains VDI client hardware/software and performs upgrades as needed.
