Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will direct day-to-day contractor operations and serve as the site POC to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance (Tier 3) with Top Secret/SCI eligibility as needed, U.S. citizenship, and a strong background in DoD project or site management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) required.
• Top Secret/SCI eligibility as required for sensitive duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Strong IT project or site management experience on a DoD support effort.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.

Position Title: Project Manager - ATC Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
