Job summary

STOPSO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee all aspects of a DoD IT contract, ensuring performance aligns with the PWS and monthly progress reporting. The PM will lead PMP development, transition plans, and SLA compliance while coordinating with the Government Lead and COR.

The role requires a strong leader with 10+ years in multi-disciplinary teams, including 5+ years on IT support contracts, and familiarity with Army/DoD policy and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 15 years of total PM experience may substitute education requirements, including required PM experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with 5+ years in IT support contracts or similar projects.
• Familiarity with Army/DoD policies, cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance and ensure compliance with the PWS.
• Serve as primary Government point of contact for contract execution and coordination.
• Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives.
• Develop and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Transition Plans; ensure timely submission of deliverables and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with Government Lead and COR to address issues and risks; conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
