Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large DoD enterprise IT and cybersecurity services contract. You will oversee personnel, subcontractors, quality, risk, and financial performance while coordinating with Government leadership across dispersed locations.

The role requires a TS clearance, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 12+ years in big DoD programs, with ITIL/PMBOK/Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading large DoD enterprise IT programs.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading programs across multiple geographically dispersed sites.
• Active TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all contract activities.
• Serve as primary interface with Government PM, COR and senior leadership.
• Manage program execution, staffing, quality and financial performance.
• Lead risk management and issue resolution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and program metrics.
• Manage Program Management Plan, communications plan and reporting.
• Ensure contract compliance and SLA performance.
• Lead transition and steady-state operations.
