Job summary

STOPSO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee all aspects of a DoD IT contract, ensuring performance aligns with the PWS and monthly progress reporting. The PM will lead PMP development, transition plans, and SLA compliance while coordinating with the Government Lead and COR.

The role requires a strong leader with 10+ years in multi-disciplinary teams, including 5+ years on IT support contracts, and familiarity with Army/DoD policy and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 15 years of total PM experience may substitute education requirements, including required PM experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with 5+ years in IT support contracts or similar projects.
• Familiarity with Army/DoD policies, cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.

Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operations Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Program Manager (PM), serving a military customer.

The PM oversees all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The PM acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution and manages resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. The PM leads the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Transition Plans while ensuring timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. This position coordinates with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks and conducts regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.


• As an alternative to the education requirement, a total of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in a project management role may be substituted. This experience must include the specific requirements outlined in the \"Required Experience\" section below.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams. This experience must include a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


• Demonstrated ability to manage contracts involving IT support, helpdesk operations, and web development.


• Familiarity with Army and DoD policies, including cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
