Job summary

ASEC offers mission-driven work at the NAWCTSD facility in Orlando, FL. As Program Manager you will provide oversight of an Integrated Product Team supporting the VIT Pillar for LVC and FST, with on-site duties and occasional travel.

You’ll coordinate with engineers, logisticians, analysts, and contracts specialists to align deliverables with contract requirements. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 years of DoD acquisition experience, including at least 1 year in program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of DoD acquisition experience with at least 1 year in a program management role.
• Strong background in operations and day-to-day military operations.
• NAWTSD or other warfare centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an IPT providing oversight and deliverables to numerous team members.
• Analyze drafts and final submissions of proposals for strategic alignment.
• Budget management and oversight of the IPT Financial Analyst.
• Respond to RFPs and ensure Contract Deliverables are addressed.
• Manage schedules and technical deliverables; generate monthly reports.
• Prepare and conduct in-person briefs and IPT updates.
