iNovate Solutions in Oviedo/Orlando, FL is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist with an active Secret clearance to support Army training systems. You will manage acquisition logistics, sustainment planning, fielding, property accountability, and technical data management.

The role focuses on developing LCSPs, coordinating NET and fielding activities, ensuring government property accountability, and preparing TOC estimates with cross‑functional teams, while travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant Army Acquisition Logistics experience.
  • Experience supporting lifecycle sustainment for training systems.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, update, and maintain Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and Supportability Strategies for virtual training devices.
  • Coordinate New Equipment Training (NET) and Materiel Fielding activities for virtual trainers at Army installations.
  • Manage and support property accountability for specialized virtual training equipment, including VR headsets and haptic suits.
  • Review and manage technical manuals, IUID verification reports, software repositories, and related data to support sustainment and preserve Government data rights.
  • Collaborate with the G8/Budget team to develop Total Ownership Cost (TOC) estimates for cloud-hosting and hardware refresh cycles.
  • Support acquisition life-cycle management and sustainment activities for PdD VTS virtual training systems from development through fielding and sustainment.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with project coordination, systems engineering, cybersecurity, military analysis, operations, budget, and other stakeholders.
  • Support fielding, site activities, inventories, training, and operational coordination at Army installations and other mission locations as required.
  • Maintain logistics documentation and records so that information is current, retrievable, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
  • Identify logistics and sustainment process improvements that reduce labor hours, eliminate duplication, improve coordination, or shorten cycle times.
  • Support synchronization of hardware lifecycle and refresh schedules with out-year budget projections and planned funding.
  • Maintain accurate property accountability and support timely updates to sustainment documentation following major system configuration changes or ECP approvals.

Position Overview

iNovate Solutions is seeking askilled Logistics Management Specialistwith an active Secret Security Clearanceto support our Army customer by providing acquisition logistics, sustainmentplanning, fielding, property accountability, technical data management, andsustainment cost analysis support for Army virtual training systems. The idealcandidate will have experience in Army Acquisition Logistics and supporting thelife-cycle sustainment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations(TADSS) or other IT-based systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-10 years of experiencein Army Acquisition Logistics, including experience with AR 700-127 (IntegratedProduct Support).
  • Experience supporting acquisition logistics,sustainment planning, fielding, property accountability, and life-cycle supportactivities.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaininglogistics and sustainment documentation such as LCSPs, supportabilitystrategies, technical manuals, or fielding documentation.
  • Knowledge of Army materiel fielding, propertyaccountability, technical data, and sustainment processes.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively withGovernment program personnel, technical teams, budget personnel, Armyinstallations, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to produce accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site in theOviedo/Orlando, Florida area during Government operating hours.
  • Ability and willingness to perform CONUS andOCONUS travel when required to support mission activities.
